My interaction with this company and the owner went very smoothly. He was prompt to answer his phone - I had called on the weekend. We got the appointment set up for the day I requested. He arrived on time. And I was pleased with the quality of work. I am satisfied.

Ericson was very responsive when I called for service, even though they were a long way from my house. Paul was very understanding of my needs and I chose them because of the sanitizing services that come with their carpet cleaning. There were no hidden charges and they completed the task quickly and did a great job on the stains. Would definitely use them again.

He arrived on time and completed the job thoroughly and quickly. He was friendly to my dog as well. I struggled to find a carpet cleaning service that could handle pet stains (or at least didn't charge more for it) and was happy that they were so accommodating.

He arrived promptly and wrapped up the job in about an hour and everything looked great. Very professional and knew exactly what he was doing.
